The Nikkei is down 86 points today in trading in Japan.
The Dow rose nearly 79 points Thursday.
The Nasdaq added 27.5

Job seekers may have a better chance of getting work this year, than last year. Career Builder surveyed more than 2,000 hiring managers. Nearly half of U.S employers said they plan to add full-time jobs over the next six months. One third said they plan to hire temporary or contract workers. Industries with the highest year-over-gains include: Information technology, financial services and hospitality.

If you're planning to get away, here's some helpful information.
Hawaiian Airlines had the best on-time performance in May.
That's according to the U.S. Transportation Department.
Hawaiian was on schedule 93% of the time. Alaska Airlines came in second, followed by Delta Air Lines with 84% of its flights arriving on-time.
At the bottom of the list, was Express Jet at 70 percent.

After receiving 1,300 proposals, Google has annouced the  five charities that will develop ideas using Google Glass.
One of the non-profits, plans to develop a program that will deliver information to riders participating in bicycle races for charity.
Google Glass allows you to see information from a smartphone, hands free. Wearers can communicate with the internet via voice commands.
