CBSNews -- Amazon is being sued and 7-11 is celebrating Friday a little differently than usual.

On Wall Street Thursday, stocks sank on concerns of financial instability at Portugal’s top bank.

The Dow fell 70.5 points.

The NASDAQ dropped nearly 23 points.

Amazon is being sued over charges the company hasn't done enough to stop children from spending millions of dollars on unauthorized in-app purchases.

The federal trade commission filed the complaint in federal court Thursday. They want Amazon to refund consumers affected. Amazon says it will not settle with the FTC saying it has already compensated affected parents who filed claims.

Dubai based airline - Emirates has finalized a deal to buy 150 Boeing 777 jets, just weeks after scrapping a $16-billion deal with rival plane maker Airbus.

The agreement allows the carrior to purchase an additional 50 planes. If exercised, the deal would be valued at around $75 billion.

Emirates has the world's largest fleet of the 77 7 aircraft and says the new planes will support the growth of new hubs for the airline.

7-11 is celebrating its namesake corporate holiday with customers in mind.

Starting Friday, July 11, the retail chain will hand out freebies to anyone who downloads the store's app. 12-ounce Slurpies will be given out Friday and the freebies will continue through July 19 with giveaways that include M&Ms, Hostess Twinkie bars and Snickers or Twix ice cream bars.
