The Nikkei is up 54 points today in Tokyo.
On Wall Street, the Dow gained 91 points Tuesday.
The Nasdaq was up nearly 8.

Consumer confidence is at its highest level in six years, according to a recent survey. Americans  say they feel more upbeat about the job market and overall economy.

Wal-mart is recalling 174,000 dolls because they may burn children.
The "my sweet love/my sweet baby cuddle care baby dolls" have a circuit board in the chest that can overheat.
Wal-mart says at least two people suffered burns on their thumbs.

Bitcoin may be virtual currency - but it's real to the internal revenue service.
The i-r-s says bitcoin will be treated as taxable property.
Investors will have to pay capital gains taxes on any  bitcoin they sell.

Your Monopoly house rules could hit the big board!
Game-maker Hasbro is asking Facebook fans to weigh in on which home-made rules will make it into the 79-year-old board game.
From now through April 3rd, Facebook fans can debate ten house rules online.
The top rules, will be added to the monopoly house rules edition available, this fall.
