The Nikkei is up 75 points today in Tokyo.
The Dow added 3 points Tuesday.
And the Nasdaq was flat.

Google has announced the acquisition of Skybox Imaging in a deal that could mean the company will send its own fleet of satellites into space for aerial photos of remote parts of the world. The 500 million dollar acquisition will improve the quality and scope of Google's satellite imagery, eventually the tech giant hopes to utilize the satellites to beam internet access to points across the globe.

Dunkin Donuts is the Golden State.  The fast food chain has filed permits to open its first free-standing stores in California. Construction will begin later this month with the first stores planned for Downey, Long Beach, Medesto, Santa Monica and Whittier.

And a man from Singapore has agreed to pay more than 2-million dollars for the chance to lunch with warren buffet. Andy Chua won the annual auction which benefits the glide foundation of San Francisco. Glide provides meals, healthcare,job traininig and housing support to the poor and homeless in the bay area.
