C-U Community Credit Union employees, along with Santa and Mrs. Claus, made a special delivery to Boyd Elementary School second graders.
They gave about 50 students bags full of warm clothing, coats, toys and food.
This is the fifth year the credit union employees have adopted a class and made Christmas special for the kids.
Employees say they donate their own money and gather donations from people and businesses in the community to make it happen.
Judy Hadsall, president of CU Community Credit Union, says it's just as special for them as it is for the kids.
"Oh, it's just an unbelievable feeling, when you see the kids smiles on their faces. Mr. and Mrs. Claus are members of the credit union. They've been doing this the past 5 years and they get a kick out of doing it and just seeing the smiles, that's what Christmas is all about."
Hadsall says the project seemed like a natural for the credit union, since the business is a neighbor to Boyd school and its students.
