Crystal Quade Elected to House Chair of House Minority Caucus

JEFFERSON CITY, Mo.-- Springfield representative Crystal Quade(D-Springfield) was elected Wednesday by The House Democratic Caucus to serve as Vice Chair of the House Minority Caucus.

“I consider it a privilege to have the opportunity to work alongside such a dynamic and dedicated group of individuals,” said Quade. “As the only freshman member serving in leadership, I am extremely honored to have been chosen by my peers to serve our caucus at a greater, and I look forward to working closely and diligently to ensure that Missouri citizens are fought for and protected.”

Quade replaces former state Rep. Randy D. Dunn, D-Kansas City, who resigned from the House shortly after the 2017 legislative session.

This is Rep. Quade’s first year as a member of the Missouri House.
