KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- A situation was a little "bananas" at the Kansas City Zoo Thursday afternoon. Seven chimpanzees temporarily escaped their exhibit.

The zoo's CEO said the chimps used a log to get up on the tall cement wall surrounding their enclosure.  Three got down on the other side, the other four stayed up on the wall and never came down.

Staff members used food to entice the chimps back over the wall.
