SPRINGFIELD, Mo. --  It seemed like fans from ages 7 to 97 enjoyed themselves on Saturday at the 38th Annual Model Train Show.

The Ozarks Model Railroad Association hosted the event at the Springfield Expo Center.

Participants could browse the show from 9 a.m to 3 p.m on Saturday, enjoying over a hundred tables of trains, memorabilia, and meeting other train enthusiasts, as well.

Greg Sullivan, Show Chairman, says, "We've got dozen operating model railroads here, a locamotive simulator people can drive, about 160 vendors, anything you imagine related to trains for sale."

A train simulator was also at the event and door prizes were given throughout the day including the grand prize, two tickets for a trip on the tracks.
