Hi Everyone! My name is Linda and I am so excited to cover the Ozarks community!

I join the KOLR10 news team after working at the Today Show in New York as a Researcher, helping to produce breaking news and next-day-air stories.  Before Today, I did a fellowship at NBC's Nightly News and worked at the Weekend Edition of the Today Show. Prior to NBC, I attended Columbia University's Graduate School of Journalism where I studied broadcast television news.

Two and a half years later, I am thrilled to call Springfield my new home! As for my roots, I grew up in northern California, where I spent much of my teen years golfing. My love of the game grew each day, leading me to play golf for the University of California, Riverside. While the opportunity to play golf during college was an amazing experience in itself, it was through interning at various news outlets during my college years that I realized my passion in life- telling stories that impact people and their communities, the nation, and the world.

When I'm not working on a story, I love anything to do with learning new cultures, food, golf, the outdoors, music, pop culture, and animals- especially dogs!

If you would like to share a story idea, chat, or learn more about me, email me at Follow me on Twitter and on Facebook!
